Tropical Fruit Salad
1 pint Strawberries, chopped in half
2 cups Mango, chopped
½ fresh Pineapple, cut into one inch squares
1/4 cup Toasted flake coconut
½ cup Mandarin oranges
1 cup Orange juice
3 tbsp Grated ginger
¼ cup Honey
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate.
